Straight from the boats to the coals
Every morning we buy from the Kalk Bay fishing fleet a few metres from our door, then cook it simply over wood and coals so the sea does the talking.
Cooked over fire
A wood-fired grill and open coals give everything a gentle smoke and a crisp edge.
